Why Work With Me?
Real-World Experience + Coaching Expertise: As someone who has navigated the challenges of executive roles, career transitions, and the pressure to perform while maintaining well-being, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to our work together.
Interdisciplinary, Practical Approach: I combine proven techniques from psychology, neuroscience, and organizational development with practical insights gained from working with everyone from Fortune 100 executives to nonprofit founders. This isn’t one-size-fits-all coaching—it’s customized support designed for leaders who want to create meaningful impact.
Address Root Causes, Not Just Symptoms: Rather than quick fixes, we identify underlying patterns, beliefs, and narratives that may be limiting your effectiveness.
